Ms. Saba Khalil holds a BSCS degree from University of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, an MSCS from Capital University of Science & Technology (CUST), Islamabad, and a B.Ed. from Allama Iqbal Open University. She is currently serving as a Lecturer, where she teaches courses including Software Construction and Development, ICT, Parallel and Distributed Computing, and Web Technologies.

In addition to her academic role, she has prior professional experience as a QA Engineer, which strengthens her practical approach to teaching. Her areas of interest include Software Testing and Computer Networks, and she is committed to fostering practical learning and analytical thinking in computer science education.
